Execution

We report on outcomes, not activity. Every weekly stand-up and monthly business review ends with explicit decisions on what to scale, what to fix, and what to kill.

Written contracts only

Every engagement is governed by a Master Services Agreement and project-specific Statements of Work — no handshake deals.

Monthly retainer model

Predictable recurring fees. 6–12 month minimum initial term, then month-to-month with 30-day notice.

Net 30 invoicing, USD

Standard US commercial terms. Invoices issued at the start of each month against the agreed retainer.

Confidentiality by default

Mutual NDA executed before any sensitive material is shared. Client names are not disclosed publicly without written consent.
